General Information

You are welcome to view the products on the website, however, you will not be able to see prices etc, or be able to place an order without registering for an account with us.

When you apply for an account, we will ask for some evidence that you are already trading, or you have serious intentions to do so.
We do not supply to market traders.

Once you have applied for an account, we will contact you with your log in details. You can then use the full website.
You will also receive our newsletter which will keep you up to date with new additions, special offers and other useful information.

When registering an account with BabyPrice you must have read, and agree to, the Terms & Conditions set out below.

Any information you supply to us when registering will only be used by BabyPrice and will never be given to a third party.

Terms and Conditions

Your log in Username and Password are for your use only and must be kept secure.
Any Person(s) found to be allowing others to use their log in details will be removed from the database immediately.(ip addresses are logged).

Our minimum carriage paid order is £150 excluding VAT.
Orders under this amount will be charged at £7.50 carriage.

All prices on our website are shown exclusive of VAT.

We can supply any mainland UK address, but if you are in Scotland, Highlands or Islands we will have to quote individually for shipping costs.

Payment must be made at the time of order, and goods will not be released until full payment has been received.
Payment can be made by Debit card or Bank transfer.
Payment by Credit card will incur a 2.9% surcharge.

We cannot accept returns of unsuitable goods.
We cannot supply stock on a sale or return basis. All stock purchased is not returnable unless faulty in which case you MUST contact us first before returning.

If goods that you have purchased from us and then resold to your customer prove to be faulty, you must contact us to arrange their return.
You are responsible for the cost of the return of the the faulty item. We cannot collect faulty items from your customer.
However, it may not always be necessary for you to return faulty items. Please contact us first for instructions.

Whilst we strive to be in stock of all items at all times, this is not always possible.
We will notify you to let you know if any items are out of stock at the time of your order.

Any items not in stock at time of ordering will not be back ordered, but must be re-ordered at a later time.

Overseas Sales

All goods are supplied for resale to the UK only. In some instances it may be possible for you to sell goods to other EU Countries but only if permission is granted by Babyprice as pre-existing distribution agreements may prohibit this.

We accept no liability for products on sales outside of the UK. All of the products supplied by Babyprice are certified as saleable in the UK and EU only. They may not meet safety standards in other countries such as America and Australia or rest of world and their re-sale there is not authorised by Babyprice.


"To Order" Lines
If an item on our website says "To Order" this means that we don't hold it in stock but are happy to order it in for you. These items must be ordered separately to your main order and paid for at the time of order. We are happy to send them out together with a regular order if you have placed one to save you the carriage charge, but can only hold ordered in items for a week due to warehouse space.

If orders are received by 2pm your order will be despatched by courier for next day delivery.

If your parcel appears to be damaged in any way upon receipt, or a parcel is missing, you must note this when you sign for it.
We cannot accept claims for a damaged delivery if you have signed to say the delivery is in good condition.

Drop Shipping

We are happy to send items direct to your customer if you prefer, known as Drop Shipping. However the following conditions must apply.

1. Each dropship order must be placed as a separate order. You will be asked for your customers details when you checkout.
Carriage costs will be recalculated when you place the order.

We must have your customers name, address and a landline telephone number. Our couriers deliver from 8am to 5pm on the specified day.
They cannot leave parcels without a signature, but they will try the neighbours if no one is in. If your customer doesn't want them to try the neighbours, you must let us know.

3. We check all items prior to despatch, but if the item is damaged or faulty we can only collect it from your address not your customers.
You will have to get the item back to your address and then we can arrange collection. We cannot reimburse our carriage charges ever, even if an item is faulty, damaged or unsuitable.
If your customer reports a damaged or faulty item, we will request a photograph or a description, please contact us for a reference number before returning any item.

4. Dropshipping carriage is charged from £4.50 to a maximum of £7.50

Orders can be delivered to mainland England, Wales and some parts of Scotland. (Dropship prices can be found in the item information.)
If your customer lives in Scotland, please contact us first with their postcode so that we can advise you if a higher charge is necessary.
